We flush and test the condensate drain so it does not back up, inspect and tighten mechanical components, confirm airflow across the coil and through the returns, check electrical connections and capacitors for wear, and verify the refrigerant charge. If anything needs follow-up repair, we explain it before any work starts.

How often should I service my AC in Florida?
Because Florida systems run nearly year-round in heat, humidity, and salt air, we recommend a professional tune-up at least once a year — twice is even better. Regular maintenance catches small issues before they become expensive breakdowns.
Does maintenance really save money?

Why does my drain line keep clogging?
South Florida humidity means your AC pulls a lot of moisture out of the air, and that water carries dust and algae through the condensate drain. Without regular flushing, the line clogs and backs up, which is the most common cause of indoor water leaks here. Routine maintenance keeps it clear.
